Another hazy IPA, and the next iteration in our reverse mythological creature series following reverse mermaid. Centaur is brewed with citra, motueka, and cashmere hops, giving it bursting flavors of citrus, berries, ripe melon, and plum. Brewed in the new england fashion this brew has a viscous body with a crisp clean, slightly bitter finish.
MOCHA CHOCOLATE SWEATER
Our rotating Chocolate Sweater series with Hulls Brewing out of New Haven, CT. This imperial stout is a delicious take on a mocha chocolate ice cream cone.
DEMISE OF THE CROWN
New England style double IPA brewed exclusively with Sabro and Rakau hops. This beer is extremely hazy and has an amazing mouthfeel, slight bitterness up front mellows out with flavors of melon, lemon grass, and papaya. Brewed with crazy amounts of flaked oats and wheat, this beer is spot on to the standards of New England style IPA's
TEQUILA BARREL AGED KILLER LIMES
A Sour Ale brewed with lime and vanilla. The second collaboration releasing with our buds at Hoax Brewing Company. Refreshingly tart with huge flavor and aroma of lime, with a nice smooth balance of vanilla. Like drinking a key lime pie soda. This base beer has been sitting in two anejo tequila barrels for many many months. This beer is incredibly complex, delicate, and insanely aromatic. This beer is especially “brite” meaning it’s translucent and all the particles and sediment have been fined out over the several months this beer spent conditioning.
Divine is a sour IPA brewed with the 2020 Pink Boots hop blend and aged on lavender and camomile. First sip is a soft cloud of citrus hops followed by a wave of tartness with a lingering sweetness touched by lavender.
A collaboration with our good friends at The Jitter Bus mobile coffee shop. The base beer was brewed with copious amounts of chocolate malt, and roasted barley. We then conditioned it on several pounds of a coffee specifically picked by the Jitter Bus guys to compliment the base beer. Big obvious notes of roasted dark coffee, with underlying flavors of chocolate and toffee.
